Slide show help

I created a jquery slide show but I need an admin tool so the client can change the images as needed. The website has the slide show on several pages. Can I create a page with all the images as thumbnails and use the file upload to update the images? If so do I need to use the premier service to get help doing this.

I looked at Power Gallery but again I need to have it on quite a few pages and I need it to look just like this sample: http://s403739248.onlinehome.us/antronix/index.php
