International Shipping with USPS - questions

International Shipping with USPS - questions

This is my first potential client with International shipping needs so I have not come across these queries until now and I do not have means of testing them yet on my own. I am sure I know the answers to these without asking or testing but I promised my client I would verify before we proceed. Thanks in advance!

What I need to know basically is...

Do I need to do anything different other than choosing the Destination Country, choosing USPS, setting the Delivery Type and entering the User/Server info? In short, is there anything special needing to be done regarding the USPS API? Or does the one bit of API info I get cover all countries and the rules take care of the rest?

Will doing the above automatically give the correct shipping fees if the customers shipping address falls within that shipping rules country?

And, do I need to add a rule for each and every country I want to ship to.
