Databridge and Design Extender not working Dreamweaver CC on Mac

I am having trouble with both Design Extender and DataBridge installing on Dreamweaver CC version 13.2 build 6466 on Mac osx 10.8.5.

I uninstalled all extensions and reinstalled Dreamweaver. I installed the Depreciated Server Behavior zxp. I then installed both Design Extender and Databridge and opened Dreamweaver the 3 step update thing appears to work and then I close and restart dreamweaver as it says. I then open a saved blank php page and none of the functions under the Webassist menu will open. I click on them and nothing happens. If I use the insert panel I get a js error.

I have uninstalled all extensions and dreamweaver multiple times. I have read every help file I can find. I have deleted the cache file and renamed the configuration folder.

Please help

thanks
