Incorrect price going to paypal

Jason thanks for the support on friday but the incorrect figure seems to be going to paypal would you have a look. We made a calculation for a design charge to be put on the order & then made the final cost the design charge all looks well in the cart but when we get to paypal it doesnt have the charge for the item?

When we dont have the design button clicked it works fine?
