Using Framework Builder with CSS Menu Writter

I used this tutorial to create my navigation:

http://www.webassist.com/community/tutorials/view_tutorial.php?tid=232&RID=5&SID=130627_menutut

And this one to create my catalog:

http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Create-a-product-catalog-eCommerce-Series

Both are working great but I can't seem to get the site theme to work with the navigation. How do I use my theme and import the products_details.php page (which is what the navigation is calling) or the products_results.php page?
