I checked activation list and I have 12 on this and many products. How can that be? I have not used any of my purchases at all.

Is someone else using my purchases or is this a gliche in your system? The computer that had these systems crashed and I lost most of these downloads. I had other people set up my sites for me but I never uses any of the purchases. I want to use them now to train myself and maybe put up a site but I would like you to put the activations down to zero. If they are being used please find out who is using my software.
