Problem with Source View

Recently updated ckeditor, now I am having issues with source view function.

I was showing a client how to embed a youtube video on their page.
This has been my procedure before the update to ckeditor.
Go to youtube and get the embed code for the video.
Go to pcms... to their page.. and click Source Button ... find the area they want the video and paste the embed code.
Click Source again to go to normal view and click update.
Always worked before...

Now, when they paste the embed code and click Source to go back to normal view...the embed code disappears from source html....if they update, no video.
Then I tried to embed and update from source view (without going back to normal view)..... that partially worked. The video was indeed on the page. But.... when we went back to that page in the pcms again to edit more.... the embed code was gone again...which also means that if they do not click "cancel"...this would remove the video from the page

I tried with the newer yt embed code and the older yt embed code...same result from both embed types

I just tried another test with manually entering <strong></strong> and <h1></h1> tags in source view then to normal view, and that all worked fine....but not yt embed code.
Is there a fix for this?
