Security code not showing in PowerMessanger

I activated PM on the server and it worked fine on all accounts, including the Security Code. Thus, no permission issues. I had to delete and upload it again following which I re-activated PM. All is working fine, seemingly, except the Security code on the Users_Registrations.php page.

Reading from other threads I have sought the WAVT_CaptchaSecurityImages.php file which is said to be generating the security code, but I could not find it amongst the downloaded PM files. Thus, I do not know how to fix this problem.

Upon replying to this question please assume 'baby steps'. Thanks.
