Extension Manager will not identify Dreamweaver

Sorry, I know this is not a Webassist issue but cannot get any help from Adobe.

I bought Design extender on Monday and trying to install it. In Extension manager an error keeps coming up regarding I should be using Dreamweaver cs3 or later. I am using Dreamweaver CS4. I never had this issue before as I have bought a few extensions from Webassist and installed them with no problems.

My Dreamweaver is not showing up in the Extension manager product list. So cannot see any Extensions I have purchased.

I have deleted the "wincachefile" or what was suggested on this forum.

I have updated dreamweaver

I tried to reinstall Extension manager but it comes up as a "Critical Error" and stops installing.

I tried to remove it to reinstall it but it won't allow me.

I tried opening Extension manager independently - still no joy.

Has anybody ever have this issue and how did you get arround it?

Many thanks.
