Customers not able to checkout (says I do not ship to their country - USA - I am based in USA)
I have not changed any settings but recently repeat customers who I have shipped to before have been emailing me that they cannot checkout b/c I do not ship to their area. My sales went from $1000 a month to $0 for last month. Now I'm realizing people have not been able to check out! Big Problem. I think I have lost numerous new customers that do not realize they can contact me like previous customers do.
What is the problem!!!????
