Add content to Product_ pages created in Datassist 2 1/2 years ago.

My product pages were created 2 years ago on Dataassist... with e-cart. I have Supersuite from 2011... My pages are functional, however, I cannot remember how to add content to Products_ on the pages. I am using Dreamweaver CS3 and have a functional database. Is content added onto the products_results page? Please advise as to the keyboard shotrcuts use on MAC.. I recall using the f keys to ad content. I have a functional website I want to add a product to - CaliforniaNatural.net.
