CSS Menu Writer

Lets say i have created a preset navigation bar and have inserted it in a website that is 50 pages, Now later i need to make a change to the structure of the site and i need to add more buttons to my navigation bar. Is there a easy way to do this?
So far i have made the changes in the wizard and then saved as preset, then on each page deleted the old navigation bar and inserted the new.
This is OK if i had only a few pages but for larger sites would not be very good.
Please HELP!!!
