Never mind. I rebuilt the form from scratch instead of trying to reuse an existing form design, and it seems to be working now. I did discover what might be a bug. In Universal eMail, when I click on the folder icon to select a template design (instead of using the drop down menu), it refuses to let me select a template file and it refuses to cancel. It's an endless cycle of clicking on a template, hitting return, only to have it bring up the same window again. The only way to stop it is to force quite DW. Mac OSX 10.8.3 DW CS6.
