Simple Contact Form will not send. Please Help!

Hi Jason,

I manually created a simple contact form instead of using the Form Builder wizard. Each form field element has server validation, show if server behaviour and spry validation applied to it. I have my form action set to the same page with method post and used Universal Email to send the form; however, it will not send.

I have tried several permutations of moving the codes about and finally settled at leaving the Universal Email after the server behaviour codes for each form element. I don't know why it is not sending. Please Help!

Thanks.
