ecart on my my own template(by dw6) and using wamp for local host

apply ecart object and display manager on one page (my own template), my template display ok through localhost (wamp), however, the content for ecart display shown text "your cart was empty" without any display design like power store design (the design I choose). I notice also a new page ecart1-PHP.php was created, no design nor text was shown on the new page through local host, please let me know how do I begin with ecart as this is new to me, I purchase the supersuite few days ago, thank you If you have book or video teaching us step by step, please let me know.
