Yes was a windows 7 problem. I solved so:
in W7 control panel I insert UAC in search box
I get in results: change the settings for User Account Control and click on it
then in User Account Control settings panel I change slider from do not notify never
to next over step. Then ok and restart.
I think that the level selected in UAC was irrelevant but changing it in some way is rectified
