Multiple questions, request for support

I am very frustrated and would like to get some help... I am a LONG term Dreamhost customer, but am ready to chuck it all and start from scratch.

I wanted to set up my commerce site on vapor-pleasures.cafecommerce.com and once it worked, transition the site to a direct url of vapor-pleasures.com ... but this is not going well... first I had to wait to get my paypal advanced info from my boss, and now while trying to set up USPS test to confirm, I see if I set it up using the cafecommerce.com url, it will be broken when we transition.... which tells me to transition NOW...before all my pages are done so I will have to publish an incomplete site LIVE and then rush to complete it... NOT good in my opinion.

I would like to post videos independently via FTP to my vapor-pleasures.com site outside of my café commerce interface, and just put links on my pages that would open separate pages... but I have no FTP capability.

Also, I would like to be able to tweek some of the graphic layout, but it is NOT showing as a true WYSIWYG because I have no ability to decrease the gap size above the main page statement "This is NOT a cigarette" .

I wrote to request assistance and phone support thru Dreamhost (who says they handle your support) and I requested to speak with someone from café commerce... that was many days ago...and I got no response or point of contact... can I get some help here?
