Content Area Disappeared

Our client informed us that the updates that they had been making on one of the website pages had disappeared. After our review we saw that when we logged into their CMS admin, the content was showing in the Admin, however, not on the site itself. We tried to simply go in and update the content page in question in hopes that it would release itself to no resolve. We then saw that in Dreamweaver on the page in question there was a message that the content area was not found and in the Server Behaviors there was a red exclamation next to the "PowerCMS Content".

We deleted the content area and re pasted the developers notes and for some reason it now works, however, we are still seeing the red exclamation in Dreamweaver. I have attached a screen shot of the activity in the admin, not sure if it helps. Any reason you can think of to how this happened.

Please let me know if you need any other files to look into.

Thanks!
