Significant flaw with DataAssist Pages

I found this when coding some Javascript to work on all my WADB pages.

The wizard (which still leaves behind some <wa:...> tags and fails sometimes) gives the fieldset of the insert and update forms the ID of Insert/Update respectively which conflicts with the ID of the submit button.

Cost me a bit of time trying to figure out why my code was failing.
