File Manipulation Default file name

Hi everyone,

This is confusing me, I have a form with File Manipulation to upload web images, I have the Upload folder and [FileName] correctly and is working good, but the Default file name, how I have to setup that? cause I have an image (default) on the server and I have my database with a field, "not null" and default name value on it, but when there is no image to upload, instead of adding the default name in the database field and show the default image, its return just blank field, with no Null and with no image name.

File Upload
This is what I have currently in the Default file:
<?php echo $WA_DFP_UploadStatus["WA_UploadResult1"]["serverFileName"]; ?>

Data Assist: Insert Single Record
This is what I have for the file field
<?php echo $WA_DFP_UploadStatus["WA_UploadResult1"]["serverFileName"]; ?>

Thanks in advanced.
