Success Redirect Not Working

Hello,
I have set up my simple security assist pages, and confirmed that everything was working fine. I then proceeded to change the success redirect page via the authenticate user option. After doing so, I have tested the login and it seems to just refresh the page (doesn't redirect at all). Is there more to it than just changing the redirect page? Thanks for any help! I have attached my login page in case that will help.
