form action,please help

Hi
I'm trying to create a quote form on my existing website, the problem is i'm a bit confused. I know that when you create a form, you have to have a php script to send the form to your email let say, i have this form <form action="welcome.php" method="post">
Name: <input type="text" name="fname">
Age: <input type="text" name="age">
<input type="submit">
</form>
Here the form action is welcome.php, this will be used by the user to send the form to my email. But in the case of form builder what should i put, i don't really understand "Specify the action page" in CSS FORM BUILDER. Does the program create the data for me or should that create the data myself or should that use the Form Function to enter my email where my form will be submitted?
Help please, im a newbie here, i'm still learning to use the extension

Also when i create the form it gives me the currency in dollars ($) how can i change it to GRP (£)

Cheers
