Most Popular Product won't update

Ugh, why can't cafe commerce let you pick the most popular product or at least actually use what is being purchased most.

When I was creating the website I did dummy purchases for the cheapest thing on my site and now that is the most popular product and no matter what I do I can't change it. I tried logging in and having it in test mode and purchasing other products but when I get to my paypal page it says I cannot buy it because my paypal account is linked to my store (duh!).

Does anyone know how to update the most popular product?
