Insert form w/DataAssist

I am creating a blog with 2 tables One for the categories and one for the contents of the blog. The categories table has 2 col like this: id name.

The ContentsTable has columns like this: id catid title fulltext author

the catid in contentsTable is related to id in CategoriesTable.

My issue is i want to create an Insert Form to add new contents but I want to be able to have a dropdown list with the names of my categories instead of int's eg if i wanted to add an item to my category C whose id in the CategoriesTable is 3 and whose catid in the ContentsTable is 3, i would like my insert form to have a dropdown that allows the user to choose Category C instead of the int it is represented by. I hope this is clear. How would I do this with data assist? I am able to get all the pages but not that dropdown with category name instead of int.
