]]> instead of form field

Sally

]]> instead of form field

I am creating a form using the preset Simple Contact where the only mod is to remove the CAPTCHA, but leave the Answer field, and a Basic Design where the only mod is to change it to 600 px wide. During the build I get an error (see Capture.jpg) which isn't very descriptive.

I noticed in the preview, before I built it, I had these ]]> characters instead of the form field but I was thinking they'd go away. Wrong.

I get it even if I start with a blank page or use another preset. I've attached my Contact page for you to look at.

Thank you for any help.

EDIT: I figured out the problem. I had installed E-cart this morning and it must have messed up some files. I uninstalled Data Bridge, reinstalled it and I have form fields back now. :)
