CSS IE9 --- extra space

Hi,

I'm having a small issue with IE9. I've been looking through the CSS files, making adjustments and testing... but I have not been able to figure it out.
Please take a look at the files attached. I've included a screenshot of IE9 which is not how it should look. I also included a screenshot of FF on a Mac.

How do I remove this extra space that appears in on the left?
see IE9 screen shot.

Tested on PC with IE9, FireFox and Chrome - strange spacing on left (like it's been indented) only appears in IE9
Tested on Mac Firefox, Safari, and Chrome - all are fine

Please see text file and png files attached.
Thank you,
Danielle
