IE 9 Display problem

I have a DataAssist detail page. At the end of the page, after the closing form tag, I have inserted a DataAssist results page as a plugin. So far so good. It displays as it should in all browsers.

The problem starts when I'm starting to prepare the plugin page for a dynamic file download and have to add a form around the Download button and the hidden form field. This breaks the layout in IE9, but it looks good in all other browsers. I have tryed to remove the form tag that encircle the main container, but when I do, it looks even worse in IE9.

Do you have a workaround for IE 9?

Live URL here: filinfo_detail.php?Id=11
I'm also attaching the detail page and plugin page.

Regards
Rune
