Major srore issues, log in, update user purchase

Hello - My store is basically disfunctional. It worked 2 days ago. Today I cannot log in as a user, I cannot update a user and orders are not processing. I created a zip file and attempted to send it and my thread did not post. I got an error message. I have specials that I posted 2 days ago that expire 12/25 and lots of promos linking to my store. Please help!
