Jason thank you for you help, I called Godaddy and they fixed it, the issue was that Godaddy did not create a directory after the grid migration was done. As you said in ALL your other posts, which I read to Godaddy support 3 times during the last 3 weeks. They refused to compensate us for anything which is ridiculous considering it was their error.
