Random text but no site

Hi,

Our servers main and backup disks have been corrupted and, having re-setup the server, I have uploaded my backup files for Powerstore 4 but when I visit the site all I get is this text: ÿØÿàJFIFHHÿþ

I'm assuming this is something to do with the license. The store is the same one I originally purchased Powerstore for.

How do I overcome this problem?
