Extension includes and freindly URL's

Hi There i have found that when I am making a site using freindly URL's, i need to chnage the include statements.

www.mydomain.com.index.php&page=mypage

gets written like this:

mypage/

this is all ok so long as i use:

php:
<?php require_once($_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] . '/webassist/framework/framework.php'); ?>

instaed of the standard:

php:
<?php require_once('webassist/framework/framework.php'); ?>

i need to use the $_SERVER['DOCUMENT_ROOT'] for all of the includes

unfortunatley this breaks the server behaviours they appear with ! next to them,

it would be great if your extensions could check for both types of include statements would make my life so much easier as i also get a lot of javascript errors when i use this style of include, it would be great if i didnt have to click them when switching between design, and code view
