Difficulty moving a CMS install to new machine.

I've just had to move a CMS install to a new site, and am experiencing the following issues. On the back end, the old material comes up, no problem, but is throwing errors such as the ones below on all the pages. I am pretty sure i am missing a simple db connection problem, but it appears as though we have the right host for the new one.

Here are the steps i took.

1. clean install of CMS.
2. Replace the tables with the old ones.

The pages turn out these errors where there is content.

Warning: include(/homepages/23/d401763543/htdocs/cms/WA_CMS/addtosite.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/64/9794864/html/index.php on line 154

Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening '/homepages/23/d401763543/htdocs/cms/WA_CMS/addtosite.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5_3/lib/php') in /home/content/64/9794864/html/index.php on line 154

Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_getCMSContent() in /home/content/64/9794864/html/index.php on line 155

Please let me know what i am missing, as i don't want to have to replace all the developer notes in these pages if i can avoid it.
Thanks
