general question

Hi,

I have a general question.
This is regarding my clients website - to simplify I'm just going to talk about one of the web pages on the site and viewing it in FireFox. The web page loads/draws/renders fine most of the time. However, intermittently that same page will load in the browser incorrectly. (For example the text will not be styled correctly or an image will not display on the page or an incorrect image will display.) I can never duplicate the same exact page drawing/rendering errors. It's different all the time. If you clear the cache, the problem goes away. I've checked the style sheets and used Firefoxes Web Console to troubleshoot my code. The problems come and go. So sometimes the Web Console will display errors and other times it does not for the same Page. I'm stumped.

Most of the time the page renders/draws correctly and looks great. So I'm starting to think this might be caused by the webserver? Can you offer any advice to help me troubleshoot further? The company has an IT department... I'm just not quite sure what questions I should be asking them in order to find out if this is a webserver issue or not.

Thanks for your help!
Danielle
