Hi Jason,
I think I have set up everything correcty. The pages were created for me in PHP by DataAssist (thanks). In these pags I made my changes and they are all correct. I have difined my dynamic site as your tutorial and double checked again it is all correct. But I have found this topic in adobe forum and gave up working on my pages until I get a feedback from you. Please can you have a quick look at this article and tell me if I a still doing things wrong.

Missing Dynamic Lighting Bolt on properties panel
'CS6 on windows XP. PHP/MySQL local site setup and working fine. Only problem, I cannot bind a recordset to a select list because the lighing bolt / dynamic icon is missing from the properties panel.'
