Directions do not show up on live server

The directions show up on my testing server but do not show up when I download to my live server. I am using Adobe Creative Cloud and have installed the latest update (12.1) on one of my computers. I am using Xxamp as a testing server (php 5.4.7), with windows 7 Professional. I spoke with my hosting company and they said everything is set correctly, they are running (php 5.4). I have built the same map on another computer without the update (12.1) and it doesn’t work on that one either. I have installed the fix for formInsert.js on the computer that has been updated. It is working cause I have created a form to submit and it works. I am using Pro Maps for Google 1.0.7.
