Menu writer wizzard update

After creating a menu with menu writer 2.0.6 I made some simple manual changes to menu.php and menu.css in the styles panel. Then on rentering the menu writer wizzard these changes were not displayed.

Is it possible to somehow update the wizzard to reflect changes made in the styles panels?
