few issues before opening store on monday

Hi, i made an order and noticed a few things, but before i change anything, i want to make sure i don't break anything as i need to open the store on monday.

1) on the check-out process, where you enter the credit card information, the side menu navigation isnt there, and there is no cancel or continue shopping button, incase they change their minds, can I add these safely?

2) is there a way for when the order is completed, than an email be sent to the "store manager" so they can be notified that an order has been placed?

3) We're doing "free shipping" for the opening, i put the custom shipping rule in and named it "FREE Standard Shipping" - set the weight to 1000lbs and price to 0.... but on the confirm and check-out pages it doesn't show shipping line, i wanted it to show the "Free..." line w/the price of $0.... is that possible?
