Adding a chosed "CC" email recipient

Hi There,

I have been trying to get the email notification to go to a selected person by the person placing an order inquiry.

In the checkout page i have a dynamic drop down menu where they chose their sales rep. The information is received on the confirm page. It then try to add it to Universal Email. For some reason this information is not being transfered over.

Could you help please. Not sure where i am going wrong here. I have attached the pages along with the wauve_confirm file Universal Email seems to be attached to.
