Order Receipt emails

Hi there

I've just noticed that when an order is placed, the order receipt email that goes to the client only shows their surname and address under shipping information on the email.

It doesn't show their full name ie, Joe Smith, 121 Test Street, it just says, Smith, 121 Test Street etc.

I'm using Paypal Express as the payment gateway, and noticed this issue when placing orders in test mode.

Can you please let me know which php file needs modifying to fix this issue.
