Get From Page in Powermessenger not emailing correctly

We have been fighting this all day and hope someone out there has some answers. We are trying to create our newsletter as an html web page that can also be sent out through email. We purchased Powermessenger for that purpose.

Created the web page in Dreamweaver CS5.5 (windows 7 version) and went in to Powermessenger. Used "Get From Page" and the file appeared nicely in the page. Hit "Preview" and so far, so good...looks like it works. Sent Preview Email, and it has some issues. Duplicated the page so we could do a real time send to our email, same issues. For the most part, it looks like we can't get the background color to come up. It comes up in the editing box, it comes up fine in preview, won't come up in the email. The background stays white.

Gave up on the "Get From Page" and decided to use a WA template, set it all up, looked good, previewed fine, sent preview email--same problem.

Help!
