Javascript error message after installing Free Tools

Palette Picker was working just fine... until I reinstalled CSS Form Builder to solve an issue with that program. Then Palette Picker stopped working, so I reinstalled Free Tools and got the error message I've attached.

So, I went to the library and deleted the MacFileCache.dat file and restarted Dreamweaver... same error message. I repeated this step and even went as far as restarting my Mac before launching Dreamweaver in case something was caught in a cache file somewhere. I'm still getting the same error message.

Why does installing one WebAssist program cause some of the other ones to stop working correctly!?
