Bypassing Address Form

I'd like to have Paypal handle taking the client's address and sending a confirmation e-mail and so would like to bypass having the address form in my checkout pages. Instead, I would like to have the cart page go directly to the read-only cart and then on to Paypal.

I'm unable to find any documention that outlines the steps to do this with eCart. Can I use the eCart interface to do this or do I have to code it manually (and if so how?)?
