Datepicker Issues

Hello,

I am having an issue with the datepicker inserted by CSS FB into my forms, the widget works fine but when it loads into the database it inserts 0000-00-00 rather than the date chosen. Data type in the database is set to 'date'.

CS4, DB 1.0.7, DE 1.1.0

Any help greatly appreciated,
