Database Install Problem

In step 3 of the "Before you begin", page11 of 14, item 6, it says to select the MySql Administrator. When I click on MySql from the start button there is no MySql listed. There are only 2 items to choose; MySql command line client and MySql Instance configuration wizard.
I reinstalled the database using the same checklist. Consequently, there was no opportunity to continue to items 7 and 8.

I am not using Dreamweaver. I am using Expressionweb 2.
So much for easy installation, Seems like you need a degree in web design to use Powerstore2.
