Security not working

I installed POWER CMS Builder stuff on www.gogreensquads.com and every thing was working perfect for both users installed. After weeks of making changes thru PowerCMS now the edit, manage users, history, logout and everything related to security is not working, it just goes back to the admin_cms/index.php page and only the superadmin can login. Client anxious to make changes. Can send you site credentials so you can look at it. Edit content in Dreamweaver works but that doesn't help the client, can't edit content in a browser thru PowerCMS.
