Is there a workaround?

Is there a workaround?

I have been trying to use the PowerCMS within Design Extender.

When I use the Add Content the application within Dreamweaver I am told that some files (admin_cms?) must be uploaded first. No need to include dependent files. Fine.

However, no connection is available because my host (NetFirms) refuses to allow an external connection to Dreamweaver, I must go to PHPMyAdmin myself.

If I cannot create this step how can I get the files and connection information to the site?

The connection information is correct it just won't allow the WebAssist software to inject.

I have asked them for more information but if you have anything which could help bypass this requirement for uploading that would be great.

Thanks!
