no image in editor, files not uploading
Hi Jason. I deleted the old PowerCMS files off of the server, deleted my old database and connection, changed the PHP web server version to 5.3.14. I then created a new database with a userid/password. Created a new site in Dreamweaver. Created one php page with a little text and image on it. I selected the text and image, then clicked on the WebAssist menu>CMS>Add Content to PowerCMS. Screen launches, files upload, then before the files finish uploading a browser screen is displayed to install PowerCMS on the server. I follow the prompts. The php file with text and image appear on the server (I can see them in the browser), but the image does not appear in the Admin editor screen. I went to the Settings screen in PowerCMS. The image upload folder default is my website directory followed by /files. I modify the image upload directory to my website directory, save. Then I decide to change the image upload directory back to my website directory followed by /files, save. I create another page in Dreamweaver and add an image to the /files folder in Dreamweaver, hoping when I select the text and image on a new page I've created, it will upload the image to the /files folder on the server. I select the text and image, then click on the WebAssist menu>CMS>Add Content to PowerCMS. It looks like it's uploading files. I can see the new entries in the Admin screen (with no images), but the php pages have not been uploaded to the server. Also, when selecting the content on the page the first time and the PowerCMS files are uploaded to the server, a screen appears indicating that I do not need to upload the dependent files. When it asked me the first time if I wanted to upload dependent files I said yes, then it asked me again and I said no. Please advise. Thanks.
