404 Not Found

I made some cosmetic changes to the site. I did not change anything in the cart. I added a product to the the cart. Then clicked clear cart and got the following error:

Not Found

The requested URL /1 was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at www.extremeadhesives.com Port 80

Any ideas? It seems to only be doing it on my pages with a dynamic cart. Specifically, the top product on the page (ext300), when I add that item to cart and click clear cart, I get the error. All the other products seem to work. acrylics.php

Additionally, when I try to preview the same page in a browser from within Dreamweaver, I get a link above the header which reads: "function.mysql-pconnect" and when i click it I get an error page that reads:

Object not found!

The requested URL was not found on this server. The link on the referring page seems to be wrong or outdated. Please inform the author of that page about the error.

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
