Need to add a spry validated checkbox to a form

dont use spry for this, ,use server validation instead.

Add the checkbox to your form, make sure it has a checked value.

Then edit the Server Validation server behavior.

Add a new Required, not blank selection made validation to validate the checkbox, and use the Validation show if behavior to show a message if the box is not checked.
