image file location incorrect on image update

image file location incorrect on image update

I'm having a problem with an update of a database record that uses an image,
I followed the direction of using a hidden file field in the update page, and using that file field in the upload file server behavior and it does work

---> Only it is also including the folder I specified as the save to folder in the original file upload --> ../images/staff a second time on the update

So in reality I'm getting ../images/staff../images/staff/bear.jpg in the database column after the update.

the image is also being resized, I don't know if this is having an effect on the file directory

I've included the offending file!
